We Assess

The friendly Waldron team offer a free no obligation quotation where we will visit your site, assess your chairs, discuss any faults with the seating, and inform you about the cost for repair and refurbishment. Additionally, as a part of this assessment, our team will give guidance regarding health and safety, fire regulations, as well as any practical or logistical considerations that may affect your repairs.

Once an item arrives at our premises, each item is then re-assessed in detail, with any faults being confirmed.

We understand that every chair is different; as such prices will depend on the age, make, condition of the seating, and the repairs that are required. Whilst taking the original operation of the seating into account, we will always put safety first as the primary consideration of our assessment.

We Collect

All work is carried out on Waldron Furniture premises to minimise disruption to your working day. This also helps to eliminate air and noise pollution! Additionally, on our premises we have the resources, tools, and equipment to ensure that your chairs are refurbished professionally and safely.

We run weekly collection and delivery services to all areas we cover, with some areas (such as London) being visited several times a week. Our regular collection service makes it easy and efficient for you to get ad-hoc repairs made to any of your furniture, or plan a regular collection and delivery program for a larger project.

We Renovate

With our experienced team of upholsterers, we offer an extremely wide scope of repair services ranging from branded designer office chairs with sophisticated mechanisms, to traditional seating with horse hair padding, hessian webbing, and leather embossing. Additionally, as we carry out the renovation work at our premises, we are able to allocate the best and appropriate skills and expertise to each specific job.

We specialise in the contract quality materials required for use in specific UK workplaces such as the business, healthcare, education, and hospitality markets. We offer a wide range of industry standard commercial fabrics (including faux or genuine leather and vinyl) which are suitable for use in UK work environments.

We only use new components and hold original manufacturer’s components for popular brands in stock. We also hold a comprehensive range of high quality generic components which have been tested to exceed standards for commercial use in UK work environments and in many cases; they will be superior to original parts.

We Deliver

Once the repairs have been carried out and the furniture has been checked for quality control, we will deliver your seating back to you. However, our customer service does not end there.

Your assurance of our quality is a 12 month guarantee on all our workmanship and parts. We also like to keep in touch with our customers with a quick phone call every 3 to 6 months. After all, chairs do not break down to order.
